Acquiring these knives for TE was truly a labor of love in every respect and took almost a year and half. Lan knives used to be quite popular in the 80-90s and have gone by numerous names such as Executive Edge, Executive Edge Knives and Lan Knives. They were originally offered in all uber-cool tactical magazines of the 80 & 90s, and basically disappeared from the marketplace, due to the pressures of cheap copies built by competitors overseas. Many of the old timers loved these knives, because of it's robust lock up called the deadlock, incredible concealability along with unparalleled sharpness. We ourselves are knife guys, and imho if you are a knife guy, and looking for something hand built with that old school craftsmen vibes these knives do not have an equal. Due to the handmade nature of these knives this we may not be getting anymore so please don't delay as this could be our one and final run of these.
