Ernest Emerson Custom Carnivore Steak Knife Specwar Knives Logo Stonewash Blade w/ Black Richlite Handle
I am a carnivore. I eat meat, a lot of meat. I love a nice steak. When we go out to dinner, that's what I order every time. But every time I get one, no matter how great the steak is, the steak knives are awful. Most are duller than a butter knife, and so cheap and crappy that I feel they are quite frankly, an insult to a $60 perfectly cooked steak.

So most of the time, I have to get out of my Emerson Commander, Roadhouse, or Tiger to do the job. In fact, sometimes my knife ends up getting passed around the table to those who don't have an Emerson knife on them. And in a nice, white-tablecloth restaurant, sometimes I see other diners a little shocked at watching us passing a combat knife around our table. But I know I'm not alone because we get e-mails or pictures every week from our customers showing us what their Emerson has done to a fine cut of dry, aged beef.

So here it is, the Emerson Folding Steak Knife. Never again will you frighten other diners out of the restaurant or have your waiter recoiling in fear while calling 911. The Emerson Steak Knife is a purpose-driven design. Its purpose? To slice your steak with ease into perfect bite-sized morsels. Not to tear, crush, and destroy a prime Wagyu dinner with a dull, tin knife made in China.

And what’s more is that you certainly can't ignore the “show off factor.” Just like a pool player, with his own handmade personal pool cue, you'll be able to impress your fellow diners with your own personal high-end Emerson Steak Knife. They will immediately realize that you definitely know your way around a prime cut New York strip.

You can carry this knife anywhere you go, even when surrounded by a crowd of Armani suits, all the while enjoying the confidence and superiority of knowing that you are a man who carries his own personal steak knife. So if anyone ever says, “Man, this knife wouldn't even cut butter,” you can just smile and offer, “Here, let me get that for you.”

P.S. The knife will still cut someone out of a seat belt in a car wreck. It is after all, an Emerson.
