Information from third-party services:
BigCommerce (our storefront platform), Omnisend (our email platform), and Google Analytics each pass us limited data when you interact with the site. See Section 6 for details.

7. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Order and transaction records: 7 years
Customer account data: life of account plus 2 years after last activity
Email marketing data: until you unsubscribe or request deletion
Analytics data: 26 months
Customer service communications: 3 years
Data under legal hold: as long as the obligation requires
8. YOUR RIGHTS
Regardless of where you are located, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You may also ask us to restrict how we use it, receive it in a portable format, withdraw consent at any time, or opt out of marketing.

9. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS — CCPA / CPRA
In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information as defined by the CCPA: identifiers, commercial information, internet and network activity, approximate geolocation, and inferences from purchase and browsing history.

This site is secured with GeoTrust SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit. We also use encrypted password storage and strict access controls. Payments are processed through BigCommerce's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure — full card numbers are never accessible to us.
No digital system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute protection. If we become aware of a breach that puts your data at risk, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by law.
Do not share your account credentials with anyone. Contact us immediately at info@tacticalelements.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
12. CHILDREN
This site is intended for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact us at info@tacticalelements.com and we will delete it.
13. LINKS TO OTHER SITES
This site contains links to third-party websites we do not control. Each operates under its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your data and recommend you review their policies before providing any information.
14. DO NOT TRACK
There is no current industry standard for responding to browser Do Not Track signals. This site does not change its data practices based on those signals.
