- All orders ship from Hixson, Tennessee, and applicable sales tax will be charged where required.
- Orders may only be shipped within the United States, including Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Contact us directly for international orders.
- Most orders ship within 2 business days of being placed.
- Certain items cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes due to carrier restrictions or package size limitations. A physical street address may be required for delivery.
- At this time, we ship exclusively via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage and UPS.
- Orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays.
- Some item include a preset shipping rate.
- We offer complimentary shipping within the United States on orders over $99. Please note that certain rare, oversized, or overweight items may require additional shipping charges.
