ORDERING
- Currently we are only shipping to US Addresses
- We will not be shipping any knives to the New York City area
- If you place a credit card order, we can only ship to your billing address
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- All Items are in the US and will be shipped from there
- Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of being placed
- No shipping occurs on Sundays and USPS Postal Holidays
- Each order for USA will have a set shipping rate attached to the item
- Any order over $200 includes Priority Mail shipping for all USA orders
TAXES
- There will be no taxes charged for our USA
RETURNS & REFUNDS
- A customer will have 7 days to return the item from the date of arrival. Contact us first :)
- All items being returned must be in Original condition with packaging and ensure you have insured the package. If we don't receive it, there really isn't much we can do.
- All shipping fees will be the responsibilities of the Buyer
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all orders being returned unless the mistake is on our end, then you will not be charged
WARRANTY
- Each and every item will have a warranty with their respective makers/companies
- If any issues arise, please contact us first because many issues can be resolved by a simple email

- We will never share any of your information, period
SECURITY
- This website currently has an in-house dedicated security feature along with a Geotrust certificate on top of the in-house security. Your information is safe and secure and we never have access to any of your information.
