If you are out in the field and you need gear that can handle all types of tasks, including hiking, backpacking, camping, fishing, hunting, or even a combat situation. Work Tuff Gear is there for you.
Work Tuff Gear understands that the gear you choose to carry in the field can improve your survival skills, and give you a higher chance to overcome any possibility.
After years of study, we have chosen a few premium sheets of steel to ensure the tools and knives we make are not only durable but also affordable for everyone.
Stay safe and enjoy your outdoor adventure.
In most cases, a fixed-blade knife is preferable to a folding knife in outdoors. There is no denying that folders have the advantage of being compact and that is why I created the Aurora Borealis Lynx: a compact fixed blade that can easily be carried. Because of its relatively large blade in relation to its overall length, the Lynx is a rugged knife that can be used for many tasks, ranging from batoning kindling to preparing feather sticks. The sharp 90-degree spine is perfect to strike a Ferro rod and to scrape tinder. The compact handle is comfortable to use in many positions including the pinch grip and reverse chest lever grip for those bushcraft and carving tasks. One important feature rarely seen in other compact fixed blade knives is the convex edge: both sturdy and sharp. Overall, the Lynx is a little workhorse that won’t let you down.
